Literally thousands of people were in Parc du Mont Royal (winter photo gallery), some ice skating beside Beavers Lake Pavilion, some ice skating on the lake itself, others sledding downhill from above the Beaver Lake or Lac des Castors on to the lake, elsewhere cross country skiers are crisscrossing the mountain while the rest is enjoying winter wonderland.
