Potholes

How is your car surviving the winter’s hidden treasure know as a pothole covered with snow and slash? Do you live in the city where braking every bit of your car is doing good deed by helping economy create jobs in car parts and mechanical industries?

Where are the worst roads you have encountered?

Are those in your town, city or in a completely different country?

After reading countless complaints online about potholes I realized that this is simply an issue that we have to learn to live with, or maybe not? There is, for an example, in North America almost every city full of “proud” citizens who can’t say enough about size and number of potholes on their local roads, elaborating further with  ways their city is cooping with the problem, the cost of repairing roads, damage to the vehicles, etc.

I wonder if we should just accept this as being a “product” of mother nature, blame it on the whether, cold winters and ice?

Sometimes it’s hard to believe that in 21st century there is no material that could improve and strengthen the road surface?

Are you refusing to accept that nothing can be done?

Some go as far to say that by doing the road work in the way it’s done for so long there is nothing else behind potholes than preservation of construction, mechanical and in production of car replacement parts jobs.

If that’s the case, we have on hands yet another business of ours that is doing its part in further and further depleting Earth’s resources and unnecessarily destroying ecosystem.

Since the first decade of the 21st century is already behind us and some of us claim that we are evolved spices with the plan, even if that is the hidden truth good for economy, non of that should matter, right?
