KOA Campground Niagara Falls

Well, it did work out for us that last minute scramble to find the accommodation in Niagara Falls.

Since, it looked like that everyone had booked their stay at least weeks in advance in the front-row hotels that are overlooking the Niagara Falls, and for that reason rooms that don’t break the budget were no longer available, we looked at the alternatives.

Trust me, there’s plenty of those in Niagara, for every budget, but since we love outdoors and when that outdoors offers fun for kids and the quality services KOA campgrounds are know for (playground, playroom, swimming pool… to name a few), this is where we chose to stay while visiting Niagara Falls this time around.

Upon arrival all turned out to be better than expected since the Niagara Falls KOA campground is only 5 km or 3 miles away from the Horseshoe fall. Plus, public transit heading to the Falls is available across the street from the campground. If you purchase an *Adventure Pass (four activities on the Falls and Niagara river) two day use of the public transit (WEGO bus) is included.
