Little Alex in the NYC
It was the month of August.
Above the streets, just as beneath in the city’s subway, everything was as I imagined, heat, sirens, bustle and hustle, views and lights, inspirations and dreams, all and much more “The Concrete Jungle” offers.
Upon arrival and after a quick walk around the block, maybe two or three – Manhattan in New York City does this to tourists, somewhere along the Upper West Side near the Central Park a restaurant was chosen randomly. A few minutes later, with drinks and food ordered, one of us had recognized somewhat familiar voice.
Quick glance at a near by table made us realize that voice belongs to someone we have seen in at least a few movies.
That someone, although a bit older version of the same familiar face behind the character who got imprinted in our memory, was no one else but “little Alex”.

I hear you ask – in what restaurant?
– No, restaurant wasn’t Korova Milkbar and he was not accompanied by his three droogs, Pete, Georgie and Dim.
The End! 🙂
P.S. That was a close encounter of the cult novel and the cult film kind, a little treat mostly only very Big Apple can offer. And, no! We didn’t point the camera in his face or disturb him in a big fan kind of a way.
