British Columbia (BC) is a province located on the west coast of Canada, therefore with the shores on the Pacific Ocean. It shares its land borders with province of Alberta to the east, with United States on the south as well as on the west with the State of Alaska while on the north it shares its border with two out of three Canadian territories, the Yukon Territory and the Northwest Territories.
The capital city of British Columbia is Victoria located on Vancouver Island.
