“When in Rome do as Romans do”, so we had to see ASAP what’s all the fuss about with trips to Plattsburgh.
There must be more to it but for us it was an Autumn afternoon walk around the city and on the shores of Lake Champlain with a dinner concluding the first trip to America.

The City of Plattsburgh is located on the western shores of Lake Champlain, in northeastern part of the New York state, the North Country region, in Clinton County.
The MacDonough Monument was erected to commemorate the victory of Commodore MacDonough in the battle of Plattsburgh in 1814.
Collection consists of photographs shot with 35mm film camera in Plattsburgh and on the shores of Lake Champlain in the late 1999.
